We have a wide variety of services for physical and mental health, including but not limited to, hot stones, cupping, couples massage, & more!
Couples Massage
A shared experince for you and a special someone. In a private couples room, with two massage tables, and two skilled therapists to help relax and give both clients a memorable experince. Cannot be booked online.
Hot Stones
Localized heat & weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.
Therapeutic
Any modality that helps relieve pain, reduces stress & work on a specific problem - such as frozen shoulder. This is considered "deep tissue".
Stretching
Assisted streching to help warm up and improve your muscles mobility. Giving you a better range of motion and reliving stiffness from your muscles.
Four Handed
Engages both hemispheres of the brain encouraging relaxation, improves blood circulations so that more blood is sent to the muscles and tendons, releasing pain.
Prenatal
Enhances the function of muscles & joints, improves circulations & general body tone, & relieves mental & physical fatigue.
Reflexology
Improves nerve functions, boosted energy levels, increased circulation, relaxation, elimination of toxins, speed healing, & headache reduction.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissues Mobilization (IASTM)
A new range of tool which enables clinicians to effciently locate and treat individuals diagnosed with soft tissue dysfunction.
Thai
Anicant technique, referred to as "Lazy Mans Yoga". Thai massage is focused on stretching and warming up the body, much like yoga. Typically preformed on a massage table.
Myofascial Release
A therapeutic technique that uses gentle, targeted, manual pressure and massage to relieve stifness and tension with your fascia, which often contributes to pain and discomfort.
Ashiatsu
Barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet & body weight. Improves posture & range on motion.
Cranial sacral
This practice can be compared to Reiki. It uses energy work to remove blockages from the flow of cerebrspinal fluid, in order to balance the body's nervous system. Cranial Sacral is great for clients experiencing migrains, anxiety, depression and other physical or emotional traumas.
Swedish
Technique to relax the entire body. Long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. This is considered to be a relaxation massage.
TMJ
Marked by pain and stiffness in the jaw, face, and neck, TMJ affects the temporomandibular joint, which connects your jaw to the side of your skull. By using massage on the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint, TMJ patients may be able to lessen pain and ease TMJ symptoms.
Sports
Is used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during trraining or after an event.
