Booking/Cancellation Policy
Fenton Massage Co. has implemented a new policy. All services $90 or greater will require a credit card on file. This includes all couples massage and outcall services.
After booking a service with us, you should receive a confirmation text. If you do not receive a text, please contact us to ensure your appointment has been booked correctly.
No Show Fees: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel your appointment on time will result in a 30% service fee for the service booked. Failure to show up to an appointment will result in the same fee paid before booking any new appointments. If you have had any procedures in the past 3 months a Dr. note is REQUIRED. Failure to bring a Dr. note can result in cancelling your appointment.

Very impressed with both their facility and staff. I get massages often and I will say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The facility itself was quiet, very clean and relaxing. The massage was full and in depth and went over all the common areas while still spending good time on other areas that needed attention. Heated table, ambient noise from multiple speakers, and essential oils in the air were just the start to a completely different experience than a normal massage. Will be back!Kendall H

I suffered a neck and shoulder injury that left me crooked and with a very limited range of motion. Emily provided a great service and worked with me to release the inflamed muscles. I was surprised at the amount of pressure she was able to apply to get the deep release I needed. Walking out of the parlor, I already was feeling better and increased my range of motion. Absolutely LOVE this place. Scheduling is easy, the staff is amazing, and they truly go above and beyond for their clients. Membership price is comparable to programs at other places in the area and the difference in value is just huge. The staff and owner at Fenton Massage Co. really care about their clients and go the extra mile for them. Scott is consistently excellent. He always takes the time to check in on the pressure and is incredibly attentive to the problem areas he finds, especially the knots in my back. He's great at striking the right balance with conversation: friendly and engaging, but never overly chatty. Every session I’ve had with Scott has been a positive experience, and I’ll keep coming back. I've been coming to Fenton Massage for a couple of years now, and seeing Mary for most of. It. Mary is the absolute best masseuse I've ever had. I met Trina randomly years ago (2015) at her old employment when I was pregnant and looking for relief. Fast forward to now 2022 and have so many compliments about her. She is not just a therapist to me but my friend. She's funny and we have great communication during the appointment. She can talk about everything. The building and rooms are clean and organized. She did a great job (with her husbands help) utilizing her space. She has great staff that works with her and makes everyone feel important to her and the business. re magic. So happy to have found this place! I went there for a lymphatic drainage massage (I had never even heard of this before it being recommended to me) and ended up getting a membership. Mary is phenomenal. She has now done a lymphatic, (multiple) deep tissue, and cbd oil massage on me and she even did sound healing. I finally found a place that specializes in all types of massage! I have been coming to Fenton Message Co for a couple months now on a weekly basis because of back and neck pain due to bulging discs and muscle knots. I am so thankful I found Mary. She listens to her clients, provides suggestions, and really focuses on the areas that need more attention rather than just going through the movements. I have gone here three times, different therapist each time and it was absolutely amazing every time. They are all so skilled, attentive and friendly. I am what you might call a challenging patient, just because I have a lot of back issues and muscular tension from my profession and exercise, but they have never failed to literally save the day (weeks!) for me.
