booking policy
All services $90 or greater will require a credit card on file. This includes all couples massage and outcall services.
After booking a service with us, you should receive a confirmation text. If you do not receive a text, please contact us to ensure your appointment has been booked correctly.

cancellation POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel your appointment on time will result in a 30% service fee for the service booked. Failure to show up to an appointment will result in the same fee paid before booking any new appointments.
Arrival policy
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for check-in and time to fill out any necessary forms. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other guests appointments. Clients arriving late to scheduled appointment time will still be subject to the full charge of service.
payment policy
We accept all major credit cards, tap to pay and cash. Credit card payment is an additional 3% card fee. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Gratuities are appreciated. All gratuity weather card or cash goes directly to your service provider.
Health and safety policy
An intake form is required at the beginning of every appointment. Please ensure to update your service provider on any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment. Some services may not be applicable to you or may need to be modified due to any of the previous reason.

professional boundaries & right to refuse service
Our staff and service providers maintain the highest professional standards. Inappropriate behavior, language, or advances toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, illness, or any condition that may compromise the safety or comfort of our guests or staff.

How do I book an appointment
We offer the ability to book online, by phone or in person.
What should I expect during my first visit?
First time guests will complete a brief intake form. Once complete, your provider will direct you to the treatment room and ask questions relating to your treatment as well as give a brief of the service.
What should I wear to my massage?
You should wear comfortable clothing. During your massage, you may undress to your comfort level. You will always be professionally draped throughout the session. Privacy and comfort are our top priorities. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered and intimate areas will be covered the entire duration of the service.
Can i talk during my massage?
Absolutely. Feel free to communicate with your therapist at any time regarding pressure, comfort, temperature, or any concerns.

Please inform your therapist about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, surgeries, or pregnancy before your session so your treatment can be safely customized.
